I consider my work with clients to be a collaborative process to help children, adolescents, and adults find the most effective ways to cope with emotional experiences that might arise as a result of various life situations or trauma.

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some clients prefer therapy to be an affirming space to be seen and heard; others wish to go deeply into core issues; still others wish a more goal oriented space. I am happy to accommodate your needs.
