My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I usually use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy.

I treat adults using an eclectic approach to examine how past experiences impact current emotions and behaviors. I will encourage you to dig deep and go back into your past to look for patterns and themes that occurred around you.
