My approach to therapy: As someone who was diagnosed later in life with ADHD, I was not surprised that the majority of my practice in the last 20 years has been with neurodiverse clients. In addition to being trauma informed I have extensive knowledge about therapy from the perspective of being a professor for 15 years. I work extensively with perimenopause and mental health.

No matter what’s on your mind, the most important thing is to
know you’re not alone.

My approach to therapy: I work with people who have a history of trauma, anxiety, and depression, or are living with a chronic illness. I understand how difficult it is to see negative patterns but not be able to stop them; and how overwhelming and isolating it can feel in the midst of a flair up. I focus on helping clients decrease the intensity of hijacking thoughts and emotions.

My approach to therapy: I started seeing a pattern in Palliative Care patients, medication did not always relieve the pain and rarely did it relieve their suffering & I became curious. I learned that unresolved trauma can lead to intense physical and mental suffering. If I could be the vessel by which another's suffering is relieved then there was no other choice for my career.
