My counseling style combines psychoanalytic and person-centered therapy, holistically connecting the mind, body, and soul as one, most importantly, in a safe space where you can fully trust your therapist.
A person who comes to me for therapy is having problems related to their emotions (ie. anxiety, depression); relationships and self esteem issues and whose goal is to work in therapy on developing strategies to deal with these problems.
