I believe therapy is a cooperative process. I will give you information along the way to assist you in making informed choices in treatment. My primary modality is the use of EMDR to address the impact of past events on our current lives.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapies (i.e., ACT, CBT, & DBT) to help my clients, integrating these evidence-based practices based on the needs of each individual in a virtual setting. I also integrate other approaches for overall wellness.

I work to provide efficient counseling. Efficiency can mean targeted approaches like EMDR or Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy or it can mean problem solving or finding insight or spending years overcoming the message that you are not good enough.
