An Integrative approach uses multiple approaches to help clients. In most cases, this means a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and humanistic therapies. The approach is flexible and based on the needs of the client.
I create a safe space to allow client to discuss any issue they feel is important or pressing to the client. My approach is that clients are the experts in their lives and I want clients to set the tone/topics for sessions.

Hopefully talk, maybe practice some new skills, maybe meditate, hopefully dig deep (if that’s where we need to go, but generally not right away), generally we will problem solve and explore options you are willing and able to try out.
