I believe that we unknowingly add to the pain and stress of life through our emotions and thoughts, which lead to suffering. I ask that you allow me to take this journey to heal and rediscover a life worth living with you.

It is my responsibility to pay attention to the big picture- noting common themes that come up. Often concerns that we have present differently across different domains (work, home, etc.) but the emotional underpinnings and impact can be similar.

There isn’t one approach that fits every client. I work closely with clients to identify their needs/wants and find a treatment approach that works best for them. I typically utilize CBT, DBT, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
