I feel my purpose is to help others improve their quality of life. We live in a world where life can come at you a million different ways from instant unemployment, death of a loved one etc.. which can lead to unhealthy coping from anxiety/depression

I practice evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and believe that our thoughts are extremely powerful in influencing our outcomes.

From the first session, we help you get clarity about how to move forward and start feeling better. We are smart, compassionate, thoughtful/active listeners. Ellen, David and I are experienced and use several modalities (CADC, EMDR, CBT, ACT, etc)
