I am a cognitive behavioral therapist, meaning that we will consider: What do you think about your situation? How do you feel about it? What are you doing about it? Then, together, we'll figure out what needs to change and how to accomplish it.

I believe in an integrative approach, that is, there are good parts to many therapy approaches, and everyone is different. So I try and cater my approach on a personal basis.
