I practice psychodynamic therapy. My approach is warm, non-directive, non-judgmental, and holistic, as it welcomes you as a whole, including your history, your background, your personality, and your embodied experience.

I incorporate several theoretical frameworks into my therapy practice, and am most drawn to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Somatic Therapy in the context of Attachment Theory and Respectful/Reciprocal Relationships.
