My preferred therapy approach is using CBT. CBT helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way. CBT can be an effective tool used in therapy.

imagination is an invaluable part of therapy, whether you are a child or an adult. I currently run the Fellowship, City Counseling Center’s therapeutic Dungeons and Dragons group for children ages 9 to 13. I work with adults, teens, and kids.
