Work to identify unique, individual goals. I believe individuals are experts on themselves and their unique life experience. I see my role as walking alongside you in order to uncover the opportunity for positive change.

I have a commitment to using a strength-based and empowerment approach in helping my clients meet their goals. I use techniques that assist clients in challenging and reframing negative thought patterns, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Achieve whatever goals you may have for therapy. I am open to talking and guiding you through your journey and am accepting of any issues you are carrying with you.

I start with talk therapy, but I am skilled at additional approaches that will empower you such as Emotional Freedom Technique, mindfulness, meditation and others.
Together we will co-create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Even when we are doing our best, life brings so much to hold and manage. I hope to assist you in your journey toward greater health and wellbeing.

Broad themes that I often discuss with clients include boundary work, patterns/roles in life and within relationships, and how the creative process can be included in the therapeutic work.

I have a nondirective therapeutic style. I let my clients lead what they want to explore and talk about in session. I include the creative process and art making as an important tool for self expression and explorations of emotions.
Figure out what you need to be happier and more fulfilled, less weighed down by past events and by current stressors, more successful in relationships and your career, and more resilient and adaptive to life’s inevitable challenges.

We'll start wherever you are and work together to get you to where you want to be, focusing on your own values and goals, not anyone else's. My focus as a therapist is on mental health, not mental illness.
