I am a great fit for someone who needs to both laugh and cry. I'm patient, warm, friendly, and open-minded. We will laugh together, even in the midst of the darkest times.

My approach to therapy is gentle and compassion driven. Trauma based therapy requires trust and safety to address the sensitive topics ahead. Likewise, couples or marital therapy must focus on empathy, listening, and learning in order to grow.
