I am an integrative therapist, which means I work with both the mind and the body. I use somatic tools, movement and sensory awareness to help your system integrate unprocessed traumas, obstacles or blocks.
I'm not here to offer rigid advice or set rules; instead, I'm here to walk alongside you, embracing the diversity of perspectives and stories that make us who we are. Your journey is as unique as you are, and I'm here to offer encouragement.

I enjoy working with different approaches of therapy, based off what a person needs. I have training in mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and MBCT. I will follow the client's lead and focus on getting to the root of the problem and assist in healing.
I want to start by understanding your challenges, goals, and what is most important to YOU to gain from therapy. We will then work together to identify personalized coping strategies, implement behavioral changes, and heal from past experiences.

I approach treatment from a holistic, mind-body perspective.
By working together we are able to determine one's goals, make a plan and provide encouragement and accountability on the journey towards having better mental health.

I have several psychotherapy techniques that I can use to help my clients reach their goals. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are the primary techniques that may be used during a session.
Determine your goals for therapy, learn how to be your own therapist, learn a system to feel the way you want and put past trauma in the past
