I utilize cognitive-behavioral strategies integrated with acceptance and commitment therapy and exposure work. Treatment of OCD incorporates exposure and response prevention. I use limited virtual reality for some specific phobia exposure work.

Outside of EMDR therapy I typically use in trauma treatment with my clients, my work is grounded in evidence-based practices of Western psychology, while being heavily influenced by practices that are more characteristic of Eastern philosophies.
