A blend of mindfulness, Psychodynamic therapy, and Somatic EMDR is utilized. A "bottom -up" approach is utilized to allow us to explore the dysregulated nervous system once safety and stability are established.

I am a direct with care counselor. Instead of asking, “How does that make you feel?” I ask “What do you need to do now?” Action and movement is what will initiate the change you seek. I work well with people who are ready to accept responsibility.
