Therapy can and will look different for every individual. Therapy is hard work, and also fun and rewarding. My approach to therapy is evidence-based and tailored to your needs and goals, which may change and pivot over the course of therapy.
Work through challenges you face. This is YOUR journey toward healing. We will work together to identify difficulties, barriers and explore ways to overcome them. This is your time to prioritize needs and goals while learning ways to reach them.

I am direct and focused in my approach to therapy while showing compassion and validation. I value brief treatment if that fits the need but understand that some difficulties take longer to work through. I am available for as long as it is helpful.
Co-create. Seek clarity. Get grounded. Heal your pain. Seek to understand and appreciate what it's like to be you.

I take a pragmatic and practical approach to helping my clients. I actively participate in our sessions while providing ample space for you to freely explore and allow ideas to emerge organically.
Identify the issues you want to address and then dig in to get to the root of the problem. Once you understand how you got to be where you are, then that will shed light on where you should go from here.

I am a cognitive behavioral therapist, meaning that we will consider: What do you think about your situation? How do you feel about it? What are you doing about it? Then, together, we'll figure out what needs to change and how to accomplish it.
figure out why your inner critic is never satisfied. You just keep doing more and pushing yourself but it never feels "good enough". Over-achieving, putting yourself last, and setting yourself on fire to keep other people warm isn't sustainable.

I help overachievers stop "doing it all" so they can actually start living a life they want! Starting therapy, my clients realize they lost themselves trying to be who they were "supposed" to be. My goal is to guide you to who you WANT to be.
