My clients will experience a diversified amount of communication. I believe in engaging in other modalities such as art therapy, other than CBT. I teach most of my clients tools that they can actually use to help them work through life situations.

Outside of EMDR therapy I typically use in trauma treatment with my clients, my work is grounded in evidence-based practices of Western psychology, while being heavily influenced by practices that are more characteristic of Eastern philosophies.
