I work with the LGBTQIA+ community, eating disorders, chronic pain, kink/poly/sex workers, PTSD, self-harm, and suicidality. I incorporate IFS, DBT, trauma-informed CBT, Somatic healing, and art and dance.

I bring Cog-B & mindfulness skills together in our work, untangling the stuck-thoughts, behaviors, & feelings along with acceptance of the present moment. OCD work is ERP exposure/response prevention together at your pace, never forced.
