I take a direct approach with clients that is authentic and real. My directness allows for clients to confront their issues head on while also working with them to see their own strengths.
We will visit topics such as self worth, confidence, boundaries, and communication. In individual or couples therapy, we will explore our generational issues and how families have affected us today. Habits and negative thoughts will also be a topic.

I work with Gottman Method (Level II trained), Emotional Focused Therapy, and CBT. These models help people communicate efficiently, get deeply connected with their emotions, and undo the unhealthy thoughts/habits that have been built over time.
