My approach to counseling is rooted in evidence-based therapies and I have training in crisis and trauma counseling, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for those recovering from trauma and other distressing experiences.

I think therapy varies for every person, so I use a multi-modal approach. I love incorporating art and creative activities in sessions especially with children/adolescents. The environment is light, real, comfortable, personalized, and accepting!
