I have a very eclectic approach and I make it a point to focus in on the needs of my clients. I believe it is essential to remain flexible. I approach therapy very person centered and believe that my clients are the authors of their own stories.

I use the lowest effective dose of medications for the shortest amount of time clinically indicated. I do my best to prescribe non-addictive medications when possible.
