I like to get to know my clients and hear about what is going on in the present but also what has happened in the past along with what brings you to counseling initially and what goals you have for yourself and find ways to meet them step by step.

My approach to counseling is working together in order to find the best approach to manage stress and/or symptoms and finding what works best for each individual. I typically start with a narrative and then utilize CBT.
No matter what you face we can address it together and formulate solutions.

I am kind and considerate always viewing the situation from my Client's perspective.
Explore your values and emotions and behaviors to help you make the best decisions for you.

I have an eclectic approach, that includes CBT; however I also enjoy integrating some outside of the norm meditation and healing techniques with clients such as shamanic journeying, distance reiki, EFT tapping, and neurographic art.
Together we will work to gain insights on your problems, learn ways to destress, and find ways to communicate your needs to the people in your life.

My approach is 1st and foremost we can talk about what you want/need to talk about. When people want some fast effective progress we can work at exploring the reasons why they do what they do. I also like to use relaxation techniques.
Work together to establish a safe space, identify healthy coping strategies, learning how to integrate some of the changes that you're wanting to see. A lot of people talk about making change, but it's important to actually see the value of therapy.

I am a therapist who assists you with identifying some effective goals, allows you to create a safe space and work on learning new coping strategies. I'm happy to assist you in learning how to see the change, not just talk about it.
