My approach is not a one size fits all so I tend to use skills from counseling methods that research suggests will work best given the particular challenge a person is experiencing

Working in the mental health field for over 10 years has given me the tools to help guide clients through life's many phases. I do work through the lens of CBT, but I am also trained in Gottman couples' work as well as Narrative Therapy.
