I work with people. I dig dip to find the root cause, reprogram the patterns that our brain created and there you go, you are the new person. We talk, I listen, we do some imagination, breathing, many tools to get you to feeling well.

I am Level One trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which aims to help you let go of past trauma emotionally, mentally, and somatically. In my experience, this work can radically shift how you relate to yourself and others.
