I feel that there is no one size fits all approach to therapy therefore I aim to incorporate skills from DBT, CBT, MI, ACT, etc. and bring in a very person-centered, strengths-based approach.

While I value the exploration of our motives, wishes, desires, hopes, and fears, and while I am very much a relationally-based clinician, I like to be practical and focus on the "now what?" of people's issues. Together we get to discover "the way."
