I provide evidence-based treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Habit Reversal Training, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I work on teaching you skills needed to address your presenting concerns.

That I am going to be my authentic self, just as I would want you to show up. My "approach" is bringing my most real and authentic self to our therapeutic space and allowing that to be the driver of each of our interactions. I love hands-on therapy.

My north stars are self-compassion and mindfulness. My work is Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed and if you’ve ever felt like you can’t think your way out of something, I have experience incorporating body- and nervous-based system approaches.
