My approach is to meet each client where they are and to collaboratively develop a treatment plan based off your individual goals. I integrate a variety of treatment approaches including behavioral, cognitive, solution focused and empowerment.

I use evidence-based practices and will create a concrete plan & work through it together to help you find relief. I will help you navigate difficult things, teach you to work through them and will support you through it all.
We will work on identifying the threads, both painful and joyful, that run through the stories of your life. Once we get a good sense of those contours, we'll start gently tugging apart the threads until the knot doesn't hurt anymore.

I often use more skills-based therapies as we begin work together to decrease the frequency and intensity of your symptoms. After you feel more stable, we use more insight-based, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed therapies to create lasting change.
