My primary type of therapy is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing which is a process for helping people move forward from past hurts, abuse, trauma, and overall life difficulties.

Life throws so many twists and turns. It’s great to have someone you can talk to in order help sort out all the problems in a nonjudgmental platform. I incorporate trauma informed practices, using elements of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.
