I provide medication management and support therapy to help individuals effectively manage their medications and improve their overall well-being. I work closely with clients to ensure they understand their medications, adhere to their prescribed regimen, and address any concerns or side effects. Through therapy, I offer emotional support, coping strategies, and guidance to help clients navigate their mental health journey. Together, we work towards achieving optimal medication management and overall wellness.
We will take time to explore the situations that led you to seek therapy. We will find the root causes of distress or dissatisfaction and help develop new coping strategies and thought processes to help restore emotional and mental health.

I am considered a post-modern therapist. My main approaches are acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness and relaxation techniques. However, I recognize that not all patients are the same and adjust accordingly.
My approach will be based on what best fits the client/s. The approaches I used are Psychodynamic, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-centered. I want/ like clients to walk away lighter than when they first walked in.

I take a very directive approach, and really hold my clients accountable. I find that you get out of therapy what you put into it, and I can't work harder than you if you want to feel better. I make an effort to mix humor in, but it's hard work!
