I utilize a variety ofevidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (T-CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Schema Focused Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy & Strength-based.
