My approach includes a combination of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strengths Based interventions. Each of these strategies can provide us tools in daily living.

I treat trauma, depression, and anxiety with some of the newest mind-body therapies such as EMDR and Somatic Experiencing Therapy. I use EMDR to help my clients change their negative beliefs and reduce their physiological symptoms.
