As a therapist at the Mental Health and Social Justice Clinic, our approach is to use provide skilled individual, group, and family therapy services and evaluations to meet the needs of our diverse community and community members.
Whether we're addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, or sleep challenges (or a combination!), we'll start with unpacking those pesky unconscious thoughts, feelings, and narratives. We cannot genuinely let go of what we resist.

I use a blend of Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. We'll focus on developing insight and being more self compassionate as a means to grow and enable sustainable change. We'll work together to create your therapy goals.
