I am a LCSW and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with an eclectic treatment approach. This means that I use multiple methods (CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, SFBT, and somatic) and your feedback about what helps you to create your best plan for healing.

I view therapy as an active process where we work together to not only reduce your discomfort but to spend more time feeling happy and content. My approach leans heavily on cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

I work from a Cognitive Behavioral approach to identify triggers, cognitive distortions, and outcomes. We then work to shift thought processes and behaviors. I also work with trauma to provide EMDR and help individuals process and heal from traumas.
