I understand that it can be daunting to know where to start. I can help be your guide. I may use CBT, DBT, yoga…depending on your needs. You don’t have to worry about the process, awkward silences, or being “too much” or “not enough.” We are a team.

I invite clients to come unapologetic to unpack what they are struggling with. I work from a trauma informed lens with a focus on providing you with a safe and judgement free space. I utilize CBT, ACT and EMDR in my practice.
