I believe that the cornerstone of any great therapy is the relationship. It is important for me to work on and establish this first. I also believe that my clients are the experts on themselves and have the tools necessary for change and healing.

I use CBT, DBT, somatic psychotherapy, and more. While these terms may sound unfamiliar or intimidating, I take a client-centered approach. This lets you set the goals and the pace while I provide education, guidance, and the skills for growth.
