I use a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and somatic approach to healing. I enjoy creating a space where you feel safe to be you. When you have space to be you, it becomes easier to find and become the person who you want to be.

As an experienced eating disorder therapist, I believe that everyone has the inner wisdom they need to heal. My job is to help you access it by learning to listen to your own wisdom and reconnecting with your values.
