I utilize a conceptualized approach focused on the here and now. I believe therapy doesn't have to mean cutting yourself open and bleeding out all of your vulnerabilities. Rather, is a navigating the pieces of your past and present.

My approach is trauma-informed and relational. This means I explore how one's past can impact one's present. Most of all, I am captured by the stories people share and use them to help clients understand their lives in greater detail and context.
