She doesn’t “push” meds. In fact, she works with clients to have them on the minimum effective dosage for the shortest duration necessary. She also spends as much time as is needed to inform, explain, and collaborate with clients.

I use a multitude of techniques that integrate your personal spirituality, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative exposure therapy, brainspotting as well as holistic approaches to heal your mind, body and spirit. Every part of your being matters.
