I am easygoing and all about helping you feel secure in our therapy. Your goals guide our time together. When it comes to trauma healing, I don't believe you have to discuss all the details or even really remember the trauma to heal from it.

My approach to therapy is client centered and begins with a conversation to get to know you, your history, identities, struggles and strengths. Therapy begins as you are able to trust me and the process and honestly share your thoughts and feelings.

I incorporate mind-body techniques, such as Brainspotting, to support the brain's natural ability to heal as well as interpersonal strategies focused on developing self-awareness, identifying emotions, and developing healthier relationships.
