Our practice is composed of therapists with varying approaches to therapy. We lean toward a holistic, somatic approach to therapy. Mindfulness is an important part of our practice. We also utilize CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic and many other modalities.

I collaborate with you to create a therapy experience that works for you. I utilize question-based approaches based in Motivational Interviewing and coping skills drawn from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, in addition to art and tarot as cues.
