I use an integrated therapeutic approach. I often use Narrative & EMDR. In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy before deciding the most appropriate ways to help you make progress.

I encourage clients to use relaxation techniques and mindfulness meditation, and I will occasionally include grounding activities into the session. Each client is different, and I tailor approaches to fit your unique circumstances.
