As a therapist, I employ various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy in order to focus on patterns of behavior and ways in which we can improve our relationship with Self and others.
Get thought a period of panic together. My original career path was to be an ER doctor and I worked on probation/parole as a therapist, so helping people get through a period of crisis and to find the light among the chaos is my specialty.

For couples' therapy, my duty is to help enable a conversation, provide referee-ing, and provide relevant education; but for the most part, its about having the couple talk to each other and I only speak up when necessary.
