In my practice, I use an integrative approach to treatment. I utilize a variety of modalities, including CBT, Individual/Adlerian psychology, and Neurofeedback, to help clients manage or alleviate their symptoms.

I love using Internal Family Systems and other experiential approaches. I feel this allows my client's to be with their emotions without feeling flooded. I also utilize mindfulness techniques and encourage the practice of self compassion.
