I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. I also use Dialectical Behaviors Therapy and Psychodynamic. During our initial session, we will discuss what brought you into counseling to ensure we are a good fit and what will work best.

I use a Solution-Focused approach, this approach allows us to discover what your desired outcome is in therapy. Your desired outcome is the change you're hoping to accomplish. From there we can explore the available pathways to achieve that change.
