I want to target the root cause so that you're not just treating symptoms or coping. You're healing. I have a huge bag of holistic tricks. That means that one size doesn't fit all, and we can flex to find something that works for you.

Maxine Fuller is an LPC with a Master of Arts degree in Agency Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Maxine has a genuine passion and love for listening to people’s problems/issues and helping them become their best selves.

My north stars are self-compassion and mindfulness. My work is Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed and if you’ve ever felt like you can’t think your way out of something, I have experience incorporating body- and nervous-based system approaches.
