I use collaborative approach to uncover your strengths and rediscover areas of resilience. Employing a strengths-based approach, I assist clients in harnessing their resilience to achieve inner harmony, cultivate a sense of security, and calmness.

My approach to therapy cannot be categorized into one psychological perspective. I attempt to meet each individual’s specific need by providing a safe, supportive therapeutic environment that fosters open communication of problems and action plans.
