I have strong experience with Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My treatment approach is client centered and trauma informed, focusing on metabolizing trauma and negative beliefs.

I had the privilege to be under the wing of mentorship of Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller, the renowned Gnostic-Jungian scholar. With this background, I have created my own method of therapy over the last 18 years; I call it “Gnostic Pneumatherapy”.
