I specialize in treating women coping with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and maternal mental health. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, where the therapist and client work together.
Collaboration is at the heart of our therapeutic work. I believe in tailoring therapy to meet your specific needs, drawing from various evidence-based modalities and techniques as well as my clinical experience gained in multiple settings.

My aim is to provide a supportive environment that facilitates self-discovery, growth, and lasting change. Respecting the time it takes you as an individual to make those changes.
leave sessions with a clearer sense of your goals and plans to achieve those goals. You should expect to leave sessions feeling hopeful, capable, and supported.

I use a mostly cognitive-behavioral approach. That means that I help you identify thought and behavioral patterns that may not be serving you well. We then work on modifying those patterns so that you can improve your mood and sense of well-being.
My ultimate hope in therapy for my clients is to cultivate attunement and trust with themselves, and empowerment for their lives to reflect this.

I would describe my approach to therapy as attachment-based and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body.
Identify stressors, process emotional pain, ease anxieties and/or sadness caused by experiences, work through attachment issues and relationship problems that may come from trauma. Gain awareness, learn supportive coping tools, healing emotionally.

I begin with a less directive & structured approach because I want you to feel seen and heard. Together we will dig deeper through your stress/anxiety molded by your past. The way it has stored in your mind and body. Teach you coping & find serenity.
