Being able to help individuals identify a lack of direction in life enables them to address issues of depression, anxiety, grief, and suffering. Many people feel lost and in need of guidance; my goal is to help them discover a successful path.

I had the privilege to be under the wing of mentorship of Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller, the renowned Gnostic-Jungian scholar. With this background, I have created my own method of therapy over the last 18 years; I call it “Gnostic Pneumatherapy”.
I like to look at the whole person when considering a treatment plan. Our sessions can vary from discussing childhood memories, relationship patterns, life transitions, coping techniques, children, pets, and practical problem solving strategies.

I prefer the one-on-one relationship that working in individual psychotherapy provides. My philosophy is that the bond that I build with you is the most important aspect of your journey.
Look at your relationships with yourself and others, and unpack where you are stuck. We will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to achieve self-awareness and growth. We will look at future goals for your authentic self.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and relational. You need a warm, approachable, and trusting environment to begin making changes and progress toward growth and healing. I will hold that space and meet you where you are.
Focus on the issues that are important to you; we will set and work toward your goals; we will build resilience and coping skills within the a safe, nurturing environment.

I combine cognitive-behavioral therapy methods with mindfulness practice, emphasizing self-compassion and non-judgment of self and others.
We will engage in a relaxed, non judgmental space to explore challenges, develop insights, and acquire practical coping strategies, leaving session with a deeper understanding of yourself and enhanced emotional resilience.
